Refund & Return Policy

At FinalGrow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, our 7-day hassle-free return policy has you covered.

1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 7 days, we cannot accept returns unless the product has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.

2. Eligible Return Conditions

Products are eligible for return if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product is different from the description on our website
  • Product is unused, in original packaging with all accessories

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
  • Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product page
  • Software, digital products, or downloadable items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  • Email us at care@finalgrow.com with your order number
  • Attach photos of the product and packaging
  • Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
  • If approved, we'll arrange a pickup from your address at no charge

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card)
  • For COD orders, refunds are issued as a bank transfer (NEFT)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
  • Bank processing time may add 2–5 additional days depending on your bank

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original and place a new order. We'll process your refund and you can use it toward your new purchase.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Do not use the product
  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted
  • Pre-dispatch cancellation refunds are processed within 24–48 hours

9. Return Shipping

  • For defective/wrong products: FinalGrow bears all return shipping costs
  • For change-of-mind returns: Shipping costs may be deducted from refund amount
