Refund & Return Policy

At FinalGrow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, our 7-day hassle-free return policy has you covered.
1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 7 days, we cannot accept returns unless the product has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.
2. Eligible Return Conditions
Products are eligible for return if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product is different from the description on our website
- Product is unused, in original packaging with all accessories
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
- Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product page
- Software, digital products, or downloadable items
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Email us at care@finalgrow.com with your order number
- Attach photos of the product and packaging
- Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
- If approved, we'll arrange a pickup from your address at no charge
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card)
- For COD orders, refunds are issued as a bank transfer (NEFT)
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
- Bank processing time may add 2–5 additional days depending on your bank
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original and place a new order. We'll process your refund and you can use it toward your new purchase.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Do not use the product
- Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
8. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted
- Pre-dispatch cancellation refunds are processed within 24–48 hours
9. Return Shipping
- For defective/wrong products: FinalGrow bears all return shipping costs
- For change-of-mind returns: Shipping costs may be deducted from refund amount
