Shipping Policy

At FinalGrow, we aim to deliver your products quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle delivery of your orders.

1. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999
  • Standard Shipping: ₹79 flat for orders below ₹999
  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 2–4 business days
  • Tier-2 Cities: 4–6 business days
  • Remote Areas & Tier-3: 6–10 business days

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to logistics partner capacity, weather, or public holidays.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day
  • You will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number once your order is dispatched

4. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. During checkout, if we cannot deliver to your PIN code, you will be notified. We are continuously expanding our delivery network.

5. Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Electronics are bubble-wrapped and placed in sturdy boxes. If your package appears tampered with at delivery, please refuse it and contact us immediately.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number is sent via email/SMS once your order is shipped
  • You can track your order on our website under "My Account → Orders"
  • Alternatively, use the courier partner's website with your tracking number

7. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or absence, the courier will attempt delivery 2 more times
  • After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse
  • Re-delivery charges may apply for re-shipping returned orders

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date)
  • Email photos of damaged packaging to care@finalgrow.com
  • We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund within 5–7 business days
